Today was weigh-in time for me. My goal has been 81.2 lbs. Today my total loss is 83.2 lbs. This was accomplished in 39 weeks. Now, I have to be as dedicated to keeping it off as I have been in getting it off. However, I KNOW that I will not gain it back. It is all a mental game and I have my mind right. I know I have posted my progress here on occasion and I hope that my posts has not been misconstrued....I am not gloating. I am very pleased but I have not done anything that anyone else can't do if they want it, believe it, and commit to it. Just look at Doug Robinson, he's doing a great job.

Thanks for your patience.

Edit

Obviously, these were taken before at 270++ lbs

This was taken today at 188 lbs. Hey I've just lost a lot of weight, I'm not sick although I've been told that I look like I am. I tell them to get accustomed to the new look because I'm not reverting to my old ways.

Good work. Be proud.

I'm fighting that battle myself. I lost a around 100 lbs. in six months last summer and fall and have yoyo'd ever since. Trying to get back on track. Figure I've got around another 70-100 lbs. to go.

Awesome work and a huge accomplishment! (light beer, of course!)

Stuart, congratulations!!! But...you overshot by 2 pounds. To compensate, you're going to have to go and buy 2lb worth of tools to celebrate!

Awesome job.

Well Done Stuart! I'm just over halfway to my ultimate goal, chipping away at it a little at a time.

Hook, I knew there was someone besides Doug that was on the program but couldn't remember who. Congrats to you and don't stop now. The more successful you are, the easier it becomes. Nothing but a mental game.
