As a former notherner I have to admit Eastern NC Pig rock's, all the new people try and change it, but give me Wilbur's, Parker's, Bill's or my absolute favorite Stephensons of good ole Johnston County. One thing I learned "BBQ ain't a VERB, it's a NOUN"
