Weighed in at Weight Watchers a couple of days ago. The total lost since Nov 13 (38 weeks ago) is 80.4 lbs. I am only 8/10 lb from my goal and plan to be there next Tuesday at weigh-in. After keeping it at, or below, my goal weight, I'll be a life member and will be able to attend the meetings for free. That assumes I don't gain more than 2 lbs from my goal weight. I have every intention of keeping this off and will continue to attend the meetings. There is something about knowing I have to step on those scales each week that helps keep me on track. |
