Today? with all the weirdos running around - highly doubt it. 40 years I would believe it - but not today. Seems what used to be strange is now the norm. Don't get me started - I promised Cathy I would be nice...

Why round? Round is not well-rounded. Look at those who subscribe to the round. Look at their shops. Shavings everywhere. Looks like a scene fresh outta "Apocolypse Now".

You must resist. If you don't there's no telling what your next project might TURN into.

I can't resist-weren't you one of the folks who kept telling me that I was already mentally working on that owl - just go ahead and get started on it????? The conversion to the dark side isn't painful. Think of it this way, you will have a new excuse to buy LOTS of tools and wood - lol!

Bas,

Just look at it this way; it is the ultimate WGD, of which you profess a bad case. You can graduate to severe WGD when you ROUND out your tool purchasing...

The dark side beckons....

You need to master the tools you have before buying more, grasshopper.

When you can make round wood with square tools you will be ready for round tools.

The dark side beckons but you are not ready to enter.
