I find myself laughing inside! Just For Fun

I have been looking at a lot of posts lately and viewing the emoticons in the posts and have decided that a few are actually favorites of mine. Actually laughing inside as I see how people use these in their posts. I was just wandering which "smiles" were your favorites. Just for fun thread if you will!

These are my favorites in order from favorite on down the line.

I do a lot of laughing on this site especially when Bas goes off on his rants - I still don;t know how he can take three completely unrelated things and make it funny - Hey Bas try a blade of grass, beer and a tablesaw.

I like those because they do (IMO) express some of the non verbal cues you give talking face to face. They aren't just cute; they can actually help keep posts from being taken the wrong way sometimes. I do use some that are just plain silly also.

I too find myself cracking up at all of the smiley things. I can't tell you how many times I've dragged people aside while I was writing a post and showed them all 7.5 million smileys that are on here. Here is my top ten:

1. This one is the motivating factor for most of my posts. I'll read a thread and think, let me think of something funny to say, just so I get to use that one. So, I'm not trying to toot my own horn, just love using this one. It actually makes me laugh just looking at it.

2. This is how I feel every morning.

4. This is how I feel every day at work.

5. I remember a thread that Will Goodwin started about the differences between NC and Texas and someone commented about how there aren't any really damaging hail storms either and used this one and I was in tears I was laughing so hard. I think the exact quote was something like, "yeah, and there are no softball sized hail storms either. "

6. Pretty straight forward.

7. This is how I feel every night after work.

8. This signifies how I feel toward all of you.

9. I never get to use this one because you all are so much better at all of this than I am, but I'm saving it for someday 50 years from now. Ha ha!
