I'm not sure about overspray, but I've done the opposite, kept the dust out, away from my workpiece.
I was finishing the top of a coffee table with epoxy and my entire shop was covered with sawdust. I'm REALLY particular about finishing in a dust free environment, but didn't want to stir up the dust by sweeping it all up. First, I took the umbrella from our table on the deck and hung it from the cieling in the shop. Next, I found some really old bedsheets and a few other things and hung them from the under edge of the umbrella. I folded them over a the sides and used clothes pins to pin them all together and effectively I created a (more or less) dust free zone. I then finished it and it came out crystal clear.
Perhaps something similar to that might help keep the spray off of everything else? (If that is what you're worried about) Hope this helps. They're looking great so far. Good luck!
