Happy Father's Day to all, My daughters are grown and with one in San Francisco and the other in Groton, CT I do not see them very often. I do however still have Father's Day gifts from years ago here at my desk, A cloth and fabric trim covered coffee can still holds my pens and pencils and a smooth river rock brightly painted by tiny hands is holding down a stack of papers. For the Dads with kids still home today, enjoy the time together because it is so fleeting in the grand scheme of things

Thank you and Happy Father's Day to all. My wife has been out of town all week to see my granddaughter graduate from HS. (There were times we didn't think that would happen, But now she'll be going to San Jose State University in the fall.

Anyway, because my wife has been away, and I've been nursing an injured foot, the house is a disaster and Gail comes home at 6 tonight. Guess what I'll be doing the rest of the day.
