Was this a planned surgical procedure or
accidental? Hope the healing goes well.

Makes me shudder and gives me chills
just thinking about it, if it was an accident.

I know there had to be a lot of pain
associated with such an incident.

Jon we'll believe you without photographic proof...please.
I told you to quit hanging around those Medieval Torture Chambers...nothing good can come from places like that

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Ok so now we get the story behind the pain.

I have a PITA Sister who loves to cause me trouble. She went to my parents at 3 AM last night and broke a window so I would have to repair it and to get me up at at 3 AM because mom and Dad are at the beach and the alarm company calls me. So I got up and ran my toe into the corner of the dresser and ripped it off about 90% of the way off.

I had 16 yards to mow between Thursday and Friday and the only time the doc could see me is at 4:30 today. He finished pulling it off. I still have 6 more to do. So tomorrow is gonna be a painful day.

But on a happy note the last time this happened with the alarm going off we installed a camera at the driveway that recorded her coming in and then leaving so now she is in jail.

OK, that hurts.

Sounds like you need to divorce your sister.

Wait that didn't sound right, I mean keep her away from the rest of the family.

What do you call that?

My wife did the same thing a couple of months ago and after the nail was removed she had very little pain. Hope that is the case with yours.

Ok, that pretty much poofed the funny right outta the thread. What a lousy night.

Hope you aren't bothered too much by toe or other pains tomorrow. Maybe a night of sleep will help.

Family tiffs can get insane, but I've never had one get to that level. I sure hope your toe feels better soon Jon.

Glad to hear the pain wasn't too bad afterwards. I get the willies just thinking about it.

Jon - hope the doc takes good care of you... Go buy a tool afterwards to ease the pain.
