No disrespect to Shania.

Yep, that's right, gone & broke the 200 plateau. Weighed in this morning at 199.5. That means 18 lbs in 6 weeks and shaving 2 more points off my daily menu.

I thought I was never gonna break that 201 mark.

Thank you Greg!! This post has inspired me to start my diet up again. I have a 30 pound deficit to make up first and then I will be back on track. I too long for the day I break 200.
