Sat on the back porch this afternoon and peeled and froze about a bushel and a half of peaches off our tree. Had juice literally running off my elbow!

Got a freezer of homemade peach churning right now. Supper tonite's menu: Mater sammiches, and peach cream!! Don't get much better'n that!!

What about your close friends? They like peaches too, and maters, and live in Salisbury, and buy cypress from you, and, and, and, Oh I guess I am begging, ain't I? Reggie, enjoy the peaches and think of me every bite you take. Got extra peaches, I will buy them!!!!!!

Some of my fondest memories are of my Dad's homemade peach ice cream every summer -- there was never anything quite as good...

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

That reminds me. We have a bluberry field that I need to get into. I went by a couple weeks ago and saw thousands upon thousands of them. I wonder if they freeze well? Only one way to find out I guess.
Happy peaching.

It is my understanding that blueberries can be frozen when seperated (think cookie sheet) I know that Agway used to sell IQF (individually quick frozen) berries years ago YMMV

Blueberries freeze very well. Just be sure they're dry when you put them in the container. They also hold up well and taste great right out of the freezer.

Homemade peach ice cream may be the world's greatest delicacy

I'll be driving by "the peach" on my way to south Ga tomorrow. I'll be sampling a few while I'm there. Are the peaches better here?

Everytime I drive by that thing, a peach is NOT what comes to mind.

Yep - doesn't look much like a peach to me - but I promised Cathy I would be nice. So I really can't say what it looks like unless I would go back on my promise to Cathy and that would not be good - not good at all... now would it?

Jeff, you better be careful, or your head is going to explode!
Go chop some wood or something, get rid of that tension
