Oh well, computer generated translation leave a lot to be desired. Languages are rule-driven, but with way too many exceptions, so the computer generated translation are rather crude..and misleading.

Cheers,
Bernhard

yes they are. for instance "boring Machine" is translated as an uninteresting machine rather than a machine to dril holes.

Thanks for the interest Bernhard. I've sent you an email.

I heard that Bud Light gives you the ability to speak to animals. Ever since then, I've been trying and trying, but no matter how much I drink, the dog just stands there and looks confused.

That's really impressive that you all speak fluent German. Seems like a hard language to learn.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Vielleicht kann Ich Ihnen helfen. Wenn es Bernhard nicht moeglich ist, wuerde Ich gerne wieder als Dolmetscher arbeiten.

If it doesn't fit Bernhards schedule, that is what I did while I was in the Army. my last official piece was the Service Manual for the Makarov 9.2 mm pistol. Credit for the work (eventually published -excerpts anyways - in one of the American gun mags) was taken by a Major I worked for. His first name was Richard, but we used an 'alternate' when he wasn't around.

looking for some of my Arabic materials the other day, I stumbled upon my German technical dictionaries.

Phil.
If Bernhard can't help, I did stay in a holiday express last night.....
Actually I am currently in Germany helping with documentation and testing. I'm back Saturday so my German will be fresh.
It looks like you have a lot of options and resources available......

Is it just me, or is it scary at how many people speak German well enough to help Phil. Of couse I would go with Bernhard because he are what he speaks.

Thanks for all the response guys! I am surprised at the number of German speakers/translaters. I figured there would be somebody in the NCWWer world that could help.

I'll PM the other guys that responded. I passed Bernhard's name to my boss earlier. I honestly don't know if he will have enough time, he seems to be a busy guy.
