Yes this is in the Off Topic forum because it has nothing to do with woodworking, there ain't a lick of wood in this project at all. But I'm dang proud of it, and y'all are stuck seeing it. I was contacted by a client 3 weeks ago that wanted an outdoor kitchen for a big party Labor Day weekend. With much anxiety I decided to take on the project. We finished with 3 hours to spare today.
GFRC carcasses, fiber reinforced stucco finish, stamped concrete patio extension with intergrated drainage, Fire Master appliances, stainless steel cab. doors and drawers, and granite counters. With cold running water, electricity, cable, and a motorized sun/rain awning.

Only ~28K

Thanks for looking, I am available for appointments whenever

Dave

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Nice work especially under time constraints Dave . I have an awning question, how much free space do you need to mount one? The real estate between the top of my french doors leading to my deck and the soffit is limited. Thanks .

Very nice job, Dave -- you and your crew should be proud! Lots of sweat and anxiety no doubt! Whare are all of the appliance? For those of use that can't afford an outdoor kitchen, I don;t have a clue beyond the grille and the sink!

The mounting brackets on this awing (Sunsetter) takes up about 6" . It has a 29° drop on it as it comes out. That can be adjusted, but to far will make it hold water.

The appliances are from Fire Magic http://www.rhpeterson.com/firemagic.html
There is a grill head with infrared burner and 2 standard burners, a side burner to cook your sauce on. Top mounted sink, and a drop in cooler with drain. On the face we have a 31" double door under the grill, a LP tank pull-out under the side burner, another set of double doors to access the sink plumbing, and a three drawer cabinet with full extension slides.

This is my full time gig. The construction of the cab carcass, patio area and all the related electrical, drainage, water, cable service was about 15K, the appliances ran around 5k, and likewise the granite counter top was ~5K. The awning was around 3-4 K ( I haven't figured up what to bill her for the install time).
I was worth every penny, not an easy job and it took an immense amount of my time to pull off in such a short time frame.

No argument about being or you being worth it. just hard for me to swallow. I would rather spend my money on toyls if you know what I mean.

WOW! But it's too nice to leave out in the weather. If I had that I would be trying to figure out how to make it slide through the wall into the kitchen when I didn't want to use it outside.

How is she going to keep the spiders and other critters out of it? I have a little cheap barbecue grill on my covered porch and every time I want to use it I have to de-bug it first. I can't imagine how many will be able to live in there.

It's beautiful Dave, your whole team should be proud. Just get your money before she discovers how many critters have moved in.

Beautiful work, DaveO, and done under short time constraints should make you the hero!!.

Charles, don't kill those little green frogs (tree frogs). They like to gather under the cover on my grill, and keep any other critters at bay. I just give them time to jump onto the cover when I remove it.
