Dang, I left out the best stealth gloat. There are two old barns built in the 1930's. I plan to take the smaller one down and use some of the exterior wood on the other barn. Guess what will be left over? A whole bunch of old growth pine. I brought a couple of boards home and took a little off with the planner, wow!!!

Sure sounds like we are going to try and buy this place. Going back today to take a serious look at the barns and new steel building (future shop) to figure out how much extra all the things we need to do will cost. Never posted any pictures but if we buy this place I will try to keep a running update of pictures. Figure I will receive some really good hints on how to proceed with things.
