A day late, and a dollar short. Using last two digits of SS #, ours will either be in the next to last, or last batch mailed out. By then the economy will have been stimulated enough, so I will probably save mine. Heck, I already have too many tools and couldn't possibly think of anything else to buy. The preceding statement wasn't made under the influence of drugs, yeah right!
