Certainly not an easy task, but well worth the effort. Consider it the gift of life! Good luck!

Don:

You are right. It is not just adding years, it is what I can do in those years. I was shopping with my wife and kids this weekend and commented to my wife that in the past I hated it because my very flat feet would hurt after a while. With less weight on my feet that doesn't happen. I hope to get back to riding my bicycle like I did 15-20 years ago, and I hope my ice hockey is a lot better. Finally, I am using the triathlon as a motivator to stay focused.

I can't wait until I am the lowest I have been sinc my wedding day.

Thanks for the encouragement!

Doug

Another 2 lbs. this week for a total of 53.6 lbs. so far. Hope to reach my goal by February some time. My doctor's check up was good, good low LDL/HDL.

I know you're glad to still keep the title of "The Incredible Shrinking Man".

Keep up the hard work! It will certainly pay off.

Even more impressed now. I just got back from a 2 week trip to Holland/ Germany. and I think I gained at least a pound. The sausage/ sauerkraut/ kuchen may have something to do with it as well. Major kudos Mr. Robinson.

Man can they drink beer in Bavaria.... Glad I'm back at work, so I can get some rest

Way to go Doug. We always knew that you could do it. You are losing, and I am gaining. Doc. wants me to try the dash diet.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Doug, I can honestly say I dislike you less and less every day!

I am very, very impressed with your progress, have you started to pick out a new wardrobe yet?
