Way to go Doug! My wife and I have been doing the flex plan for 16 weeks. I can honestly say that you are doing much better than I am! I have lost a total of 25 lbs. but I usually go .4 lbs, .4 lbs, .4 lbs and then 2 lbs. I also don't do as much activity as you do, so that may have a lot to do with it. (Especially since LOML hurt her ankles...spend most of my time running errands for her ).

Keep it up man! You're doing great!

Doug, as I've stated here before I lost 83 lbs in 39 weeks on Weight Watchers. There were two weeks that I gained and two weeks that I maintained. I had done nothing during those 4 weeks any differently than was done in those other 35 weeks....it just happens sometime. You are doing a great job. Keep it going.

Since tomorrow is the Crawl I had to weigh-in a day early at a different location than my usual meeting. Since last saturday I have run 26.7 miles including 6.5 this morning. My grand total loss is 50 lbs.! in four months. One more pound and I am at my lowest in over 8 years. Only 40 to go.

Doug, that's awesome!!!

Are you coming to the shop crawl? That's tomorrow in case you hadn't heard. If so, you may need to reintroduce yourself, I might not recognize you after losing 50lbs!

I reached 51.6 lbs. lost as of this AM. This is the lowest I have weighed in about 8.5 years. I am also up to 25 to 30 miles running per week. That does not include the lifecycle riding I do at night for an hour. I have decided to try a short sprint trialthlon in 2009.

You are staying so dedicated to your plan. I know it must be tough going to all of these North Carolina Woodworker functions and watching all of us feed our faces with fattening stuff while you eat healthy. You are doing great!!!
