For those of you who may not have had the pleasure of this wonderful little guy this year. Let me tell you what you are missing.

Three wonderful days of rest and relaxation on the couch, With a wonderful beat in your head that sounds like an old fashion Rush concert. Not much in the way of praying to the porcelain god, but a wonderful experience never the less. You won't get bored with your body heat, freezing cold for a while and then hot and sweaty the next.

Although I work at a hospital and the flu season is great for business, I hope none of you experience this lovely little joy this season.

I am off now to see if I can still find my way to my shop.

PS,

If you haven't heard, If you did get the flu shot, they gave you the wrong one this year so you are not anymore immune than I was.

My LOML is a nurse and guess who has been doin' the nursing thing all day!! (....no shop time here!)

It hit her like a ton of bricks on Wednesday evening and been battling it all day today.

It is some weird funk I must admit! (Not sure whether or not she brought it home from her last shift t Wake Med or what!!!!!.....but, (bless her heart)....she can keep it to herself!!!

Hope your feelin' a little better this evening!

Wayne

Last week my whole family had a stomach bug. Well all but one of us (my second youngest didn't get it). My second oldest got it first and got over it quickly. The other 4 of us, well it was an interesting couple of days. Nasty stuff.

Keep exercising and take that Airborn stuff from CVS. And WASH YOUR HANDS.

Yes if you get sick go to your Dr.
We had a local school teacher that had the flu and it turned into pneumonia and led to other secondary complications., Then passed away.

My wife makes that flu shot every year. And by this time every year...it's always found out they missed something.
If only we were all fortune tellers!
Last year we were all sick, all winter.I went to the hospital with over a 105 temp by this time.
This year we have been VERY fortunate so far.
It's all in the unfortunate luck of the draw.
Honey is always a good remedy, but not a cure.
Take care.
