We had some high winds during the night, but everything is dry, and safe.

Good here, just some rain. Unless I slept through it.

I believe we missed most of it. Looked like Lenior and that area got pounded pretty hard. Hope everyone else is well!

South Charlotte was spared from everything other than a little rain. Hope everyone is ok.

Greensboro got hit hard. My workplace is closed due to power outage and one of our other plants may be damaged, can't get in to see yet.

lots of trees down and many homes damaged. Planes and trucks overturned at FedEx.

I'm home and everything is fine here. Lots of water last night.

Glad to hear all is good with you Todd. They just kept coming in Forsyth Co. I left Greensboro heading home just as the storms were hitting the area, the winds were fairly calm but there was a pretty good lighting display to my north and west. One of the possible tornados passed about 10 miles north of us all is ok here.

Everything here in Monroe OK, but my sister in Clemmons may have to put down 2 horses to damage from flying debris. She also lost a couple barns & outbuildings & a lot of fence. Most of the trees along her driveway were uprooted or knocked over. Power may be back on by now buthe countyhad the road blocked to all but confirmed homeowners today. 2 houses near her just disappeared. No report yet as to casualties but the law enforcement officers there warned everyone as soon as they could.

That would be tragic, I hope the horses survive,

Dennis let your sister know they're in our thoughts and prayers

Here's a link to a pic from the Greensboro airport. A FedEx plane blown off of the tarmac from a confirmed tornado. It was pretty rough out that way I understand

We just got a lot of rain, no hail, some lightning. Fellow I work with lives in Advance area. Both his car & truck got smashed by the same fallen limb (he thinks the truck will be totalled).

I called b4man this am and they were fine. Damage within a mile of my cousin in GSO - but they didn't sustain any. It must have rained here because all was wet this am - cough syrup is good stuff.

My sister emailed me about 50+ pics of the place. Lots of trees down & they had to euthanize 1 horse. The other is questionable but the vet is trying to save her. Her 'farm hand' had several friends needing work & they hustled into action and got everything pretty much cut up & cleared away today. We hope to visit her tomorrow. Thanks for all your kind thoughts.
