The vCard is an like automated Business card. In the case of Vbulletin, it contains your username & email address. You download it and import it into you contacts program like Outlook.

The ability is disabled by defaul since most people don't want the ir email address known.

We use them at work a lot now. It allows you to import addresses, phone numbers, the works into outlook without having to type it all.
