Lately when I have tried to use links that folks have put into their posts I have had difficulty (links will not open). At first I thought it was at my end since a lot of my problems are a result of a less than optimal operator/keyboard interface .gif) Today I saw that I was not alone with this particular problem when I read a couple posts in this thread: http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/f...67/#post162287
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated

It was most likely operator error on the part of the original poster. There are some other potential sources, where code on this site, corrupts the code when either pasting the link, or when displaying the link. But, I don't really see a repeatable pattern.
Anyway if some more of you see this type of issue, please post here and I'll try to track it down.

Several of us have looked at the thread you cited and the first link is bad -- apparently when the poster copied it, he made an error. It should have been http://www.expertvillage.com/video-s...ing-blanks.htm
Hope this helps -- I think the problem comes from member input, not your end.
