Keep getting this error when I try to upload a picture:

Warning: Division by zero in /home/ncwoodwo/public_html/pp/image-inc.php on line 311

Then, in the page it says the file format is not support. I have tried a JPG, PNG and TIF file ... nothing seems to go. Anyone else having this issue tonight?

Can anyone else upload an image, or is it just me?

Strange, I was playing with pics last night and got a "overflow at stack 0" message a few times. I was able to upload my pics so I thought it was my machine and defragged and cleaned up my hard drive. No errror messages today but then again I have not played with images today.

Hmm.... I tried again on my Mac and same thing. Either I've been banned from uploading, or there is a bug!

Could someone else try to upload and let me know?

Jeremy,

I uploaded a couple of pictures around noon today and besides being a little on the slow side, they made it there ok........

Sorry. But all seems ok to me?

It's gotta be my user ID on the website then ... I tried on a third computer in a brand new album ... same error. Frustrating.

Maybe you should remove your mask so your ID can be recognized ? . I hope it clears up for you, that would frustrate me to no end.

You mentioned that the problem started after you uploaded a zip file with images. Here what I saw, the system unziped the file and the result was over 2000 2 byte jpg files.

So do I really believe that. Of course not. I suspect that there was something in zip file that was either Wrong or just different and then Photopost hit a bug and zowie. From that point on your were up the creek. Those files stayed in your Photo upload directory. Each time you uploaded another picture, Photopost tried to process those files and hit a problem with those 2 byte jpgs and as usual didn't recover and just quit So you were doomed.

I deleted those files and let photopost process the other files that were still in your upload directory. Those are now in your members gallery. I suggest that you copy or move those files to where you want them, before you do any linking to them.

You should be alright now, I hope. I wouldn't upload any zip files unless you can unzip with a copy of gzip. if you are running OSX on your mac you should have a copy of that on your mac.

Try and upload a single file of a picture and make sure all is well.

Apologize for not getting to this sooner.

Glenn, you have no unprocessed picture in you upload directory, so all should be well.

Thanks, I'll give it a try again. Something is funky .. because the zip file (as I see it) has about 20 pictures, all JPG, and various sizes. I use a program to "shrink" the images before upload ... so I'm going to just delete that zip altogether and try again. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for looking into this ... I am going to have to upload some LARGE files for the calendar.

No, it's a Windows powertoy called "Resize Images". HOWEVER, after looking on my computer I think I see what could be the issue. One of the bed pictures I took to upload looks okay (file size, type, etc), but when Windows tries to "preview" it in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, it just comes up as "No preview available.". I deleted that picture, zipped them back up, and uploaded again successfully!

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! The upload is working again for me now!
