Type of Help Needed: Problem
Where: Main Site
Assigned To: froglips
Help Desk Status: Completed

Hi,

I went to User Announcements.

At the top, Sticky section, there is Confidential Klingspor items for sale...
If that is clicked, one will see obsolete posts... just about ALL of them... useless information.

... all of them are Closed...

Why do they even still exist?

If the various Sales, etc. are over, why not just Delete the expired Sales (Posts) and clean it up?

I fell into the trap of looking more into detail of Sales... to find several Attached pdf files... All obsolete.

Is it a major problem with the system? Will the System allow you to clean it up by deleting old obsolete posts & files?

Re: Obsolete posts... Klingspor

Good catch! I've un-stuck the thread.

Stick cleanup is one of those things we do manually. So sometimes we miss a few.

Thanks!
