I sent them an email this morning for the online site discount. I got a request from them for an updated roster from a club officer. I have the information in an email but I was unsure who I should sent it to.

From my knowledge of the process, a file is supposed to be generated by the site software and emailed to Klingspor each month around the 25th with a listing of additions or deletions to the DQ list. Tracy or Froglips can verify.

I just sent Tracy the email. I wasn't sure how the process was supposed to work. I created an account with them, same screen name, same real name and let them know. Got a response back that they needed the updated list. I'm pretty sure I have been DQ for a pretty long time.
