Reggie, what do you want to do? If you want to delete a pic, open up the picture, look near the bottom of the page and you will see a group of icons. Drag your mouse over those icons, and one will say Edit. Click it and you will be given the option to Delete the picture.
If you want to do other types of clean-up I have some Simple Green and a can of Elbow Grease I can let you borrow
