Of course, I'm not the one having to program and implement them

The idea of adding a poll to create a North Carolina Woodworker Tool Favorites came to me as I read the opinions on the DeWalt planer. I'd like to suggest that we take a specific tool like a bandsaw, tablesaw, router, etc. and vote on the top models. It could be based on price, portable or stationary and any other practicality.

What do ya'll think?

Barbara

Re: Because POLLS are fun!

Gotta say, while it might be a ton of work, it could be a real asset.

I've seen it setup as a Tool Review Database.

Setting up Mfg, Makes, Models and such would be a headache. Coming up with a rating system, maybe tie in some photos. Plus, expressing opinions on things that aren't your favorite might require some careful wording

But, I've seen such things on other sites, and its really great when researching the next buy.
