I've acquired several hundred Blum Metabox drawer sides, drawer sliders and associated hardware which I'll eventually post as a classified ad, but I'm a little baffled as to how to easily assemble them.
Are any of you cabinet makers/retail folks familiar with these? Basically it is a system where metal sliders are integrated into metal drawer sides 2-6" tall, so a wooden back and bottom are added to the hardware and then a snap-together system is used to attach the drawer face. There are some German (w-subtitled English) templates mixed in to the lots, and I've looked at the Blum website a little but it's sprawling.
My two main questions are
1: Any tips/tricks from people who have actually assembled any of these?

2: For full-extension ball bearing drawer sliders that are a little sticky-slow from sawdust, should I run them thru a parts washer and then regrease, or is there a better way to clean up such things?

Thanks in advance, hope I'm not too vague.

Try this http://www.blum.com/ap/en/01/30/30/20/index.php Also I wood KNOT use a degreaser on the slides, since they r factory lubed. Try just cleaning the outside and workin g the slide a bit may just loosen em up.
