I love my router table
I have been using it about a year, I guess, used the mess out of it anyway
and I can say changing bits, setting bit hight, setting the fence are all super easy, and the large surface is great, 24x36
so at last I made a sled for it, just a simple one, (I am a believer in KISS)and I think I might do some more work on the hold down system, but it worked good in the test run

That'll do the trick Where did you find the Ambrosia Maple ply for the main fence...pretty classy set up there
Dave
The easy way for me to make a fence is to glue up 2 pieces of good ply as close to 90 deg as i can then to glue pieces of 1/4" of what ever I have to the bottom and to the face with the grain running length ways so I can run it through the jointer to get a perfect 90 deg and flat surfaces.
So in this case it looks like Ambrosia Maple ply
