This pic is the latest shot of my new shop addition. I've decided to put a porch on the left side. The right addition is 14 ft and the porch will be 10 ft. Which would look better, to tie the porch roof in at the same height as the right side or use the same slope and tie in lower?

Larry,
I would tie it in at the same level as the addition to give the whole building balance.

I agree with Rocker, the same level will give it balance, and might give you some room to hang a ceiling fan or two.

I think you guys are right. Since I first posted, I did these very rough sketches over photo copies and the tie ins at the same height looks best. Thanks for the input.
