I am not so sure about this deal. I believe it says it is polycarbonate (not metal). And it hints as if it is fractional, but I don't think it is.

The one at HarborFreight is typically on sale for ~10$ and is made of metal (and I like it!). I use mine as a marking gauge sometimes so I like the metal jaw.
