don't know if it is what I am looking for, really looking for a real 220V monster, with something approaching 80 gallons and 175 psi to better accomodate all the spraying we have been doing.

What are you spraying? Have you thought about using a turbine HVLP. How about an air operated high pressure spayer? They operate similar to an airless, but use compressed air to drive pump piston.

mostly finishes, but there is the potential to be using some air powered tools, too.
