I paid $191 for mine (new) when they were on sale at Amazon. They are $280 now.
Keep in mind that since his one is used, unless you have exactly the same saw you will need to invest in a replacement sled board to customize the fit to your saw.

I bought one when they first came out.

The hawker at the woodworking show said once you set it up, just set the angle and cut. No need for test cuts to check the angle. I didn't believe him, but the sled looked like a good piece of equipment for what I wanted, so I bought it.

He was right! The repeatability and accuracy is impressive.
