This looks like it might be a pretty good deal if you're looking for a fostner bit starter set... Regular $30. Don't know about quality, for for a buck-fifty each, plus a fancy wooden case, maybe it's a good set of spares, too.

Look like a "Columbian" set I bought a couple years ago at the BORG. Not a bad deal at that price ... definitely do a great job in most materials.
