Mike Jackson over at Leitz Tooling is at it again. Look in the classifieds, under accessories, and see if he has anything you can use. I and several others here have ordered from Mike before and been very pleased with the blades we received. When these deals are gone, they are gone. Bruce

Re: $10 saw blades

I saw that ad and my buying finger has had a terrible itch ever since I read the ad. The prices that he advertised seem to be very good.

Re: $10 saw blades

Couldn't resist, I've been looking for some new blades or sharpening what I have. This beats sharpening

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Where's the Add? Is it online? Where's Leitz Tooling located?

Thank you for your help,

In our own classifieds here,,,,,

Leitz Tooling is actually located in Germany I believe, but Mike Jackson is here in the U.S..

I couldn't resist either! at $10 you can't go wrong. I needed a 60 tooth blade to add to my collection (of 1)!

Re: $10 saw blades

I couldn't resist either, and I hate to pay shipping, so I ordered three of the 60T. I'm not sure if I can get blades sharpened for that.

I just did the buy 10, get 1 free deal for the 10" blades, and I don't even have a 10" saw! (yet - I'm in the middle of purchasing a Makita 5104).

Re: $10 saw blades

I bought two in the end. $22.92 for one and $34.32 for two, inc taxes shipping etc. Should be delivered next wednesday. Great service from Mike, I would certainly deal with him again.

Re: $10 saw blades

Another nice thing about dealing with Mike is he does a great job advising which blade will give the best results for what you need and is very patient with noobie questions about tooth geometry. He also has access to regular stock Leitz/Delta/H O Schumacher blades at competitive prices if you need them.
I'm using an 80 tooth H O Schumacher blade I got very cheap from him for cabinet work and it gives the cleanest cuts I've ever seen.

Re: $10 saw blades

I'm looking forward to having a higher tooth count blade for crosscut work. Currently I use the dewalt 30T Combo blade for everything, although results are very good I must say.

Re: $10 saw blades

I got my blades, three 60T, yesterday and gave one a run and it cuts wonderful. I still don't know how they can sell Delta blades for $10 a piece.

Re: $10 saw blades

I haven't got mine yet. But Mike has been very helpful in recommending the best blades for my applications. We've exchanged several e-mails and he has given me my options. I am going to make a decision tonight. Great pricing and excellent service...not to common these days
