Last Thursday, Scott Smith and DavidD picked up and delivered the cherry lumber that I had purchased at the Greensboro auction. It consists of 13/16 S2S, 6/4 rough and 8/4 rough. I am pleased with the overall quality and have already used some of it. Knowing that Scott was willing and able to haul the lumber made bidding on it a reasonable thing to do. Thanks Scott and David for helping to add so significantly to my lumber stash.

Re: Wood Gloat & Thanks!

I want to add my thanks; Scott and DavidD picked up a lot of S2S cherry for me, too. It's beautiful wood. My wife already has plans for it -- a new breakfast table. Hope to post WIP pics soon. As a bonus, Gonzolo and I picked the wood up from Scott's place on Friday and got to see his shop - holy smokes!
