Minor Gloat

My wife and I went to Brevard this weeked to celebrate out 12th anniversary. Well while I was there, I picked up some beech tree logs, that my father had lying around from a tree they cut on the property. It worked out to be 7 logs, about 3' log. The largest is 10" in diameter, the smallest 6". I figure it will keep me busy with some basic turnings for awhile.

Happiness is free wood.

Sorry, but no pics, didn't happen.

It is imaginary until the proof is provided.

Ok.. Just to make you happy, I will take a picture of all the walnut, dogwood, and now beech logs that are piled up in my back yard waiting for me to do something with them.

Re: Minor Gloat

LOL. I wouldn't tell too many people about what you have, someone may be wanting some samples.
