I was in Klingspor's Woodworking Shop Tuesday evening in Raleigh, IIRC, they had some cherry. Sorry, I don't recall the price, I was looking at the large stock of some other woods they had, WOW

SkyShark:
I have bought several times from Erik Feltz, Cherry, QSWO, Walnut, Red & White Oak, Popular and Pecan/Hickory.
He showed me an 8'X12'X14' pile of wood that was finishing kiln drying. I have had some very good wood from him at reasonable prices....
Call first though, he goes out and does site resawing most of the time

Here's his info

Link to the site

If you are coming from Hope Mills road, you go West on Camden til it merges with Rockfish, turn right onto Rockfish then up a few hundred yards on the left is Myra Rd.
Hope this helps
Gary

Michael Garner had said this guy was right around the corner from us, didn't realize he was actually that close!
