Check this out! Can't get much easier or cheaper...although he does have a bandaid on one of his fingers Beats trying to get a dial indicator to behave.

John's jig is from his book, "Care and Repair of Shop Machines." The magnets came from Radio Shack. This is just one of several jigs that John makes for pennies, that do the same thing a the more expensive factory made jigs. Book is less than $20. Money well spent, IMHO.
