Just in case you hadn't noticed  , I'm moving around the display order of smiles to help some performance issues and make them the close to the same for the parts that use them. Be finished the worst part in a few minutes

This is called the law unintended side effects. I will not have a chance to straighten it until over the weekend when the system is down.

Smilies work is done. Some post have broken smilies, if you see one and it is your post , please take the and fix it even though I'm the one who screwed up.  Or just let know and I'll fix it.
Oh fix it means edit the post delete the bad reference and and the correct one
