I believe there is a glitch in the subscribed threads code (or whatever that stuff is called). I have set my settings to not subscribe to any threads, but the program still makes the subscriptions. I don't get any e-mails other than what I get from my Moderation forum, and they come every time I open up my e-mail program.
I guess that is what holding down the control button and checking all those messages to be deleted is for, you can clean the up in one swipe.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

You can get to your Usercp by going to Other Links in the upper right hand corner. Then you can go to Edit Options>Messages & Notifications and change the settings. Also you can see what you are subscribed to in the Subscription window. I have been able to set mine so I don't get any e-mails, but I still have a huge list of threads that I some how continue to get subscribed to. That is where I think the glitch might be.
