Thumbs up Woodworking Magazine First 5 Issues on CD

In April I bought a copy of the Spring 2006 issue of Woodworking Magazine and was really impressed with it. I love the no advertisement policy, the quality of the content and the over-all feel of this publication. Having missed the first 4 issues I attempted to purchase back issues. Issues 1-3 are out of print. They are now on CD along with issues 4 and 5 for $17.95 (shipping included) at:
http://www.woodworking-magazine.com/
I ordered it on June 28th.

The CD arrived yesterday (July 3) packed in a heavy photo type mailer. All 5 issues are on it with links to any weblog discussion and weblink to source product in the article. The articles are in .pdf format and will print.

Highly recommend this CD and future issues of the paper version of the magazine.

Re: Woodworking Magazine First 5 Issues on CD

Thanks Mark! I was on the proverbial fence on the cd, you just convinced me to jump onto the cowpie side!

I too have been reading the magazine from its first issue, fantastic.

Finally a magazine about techniques and skills, not just "250 more ways to cut dovetails" or "951 Giz-must-have-a-ma-jiggers".

Jim
