I bought a pair from BORG a few weeks ago and I have found them to be great clamps. They are bar clamps that are heavier than the BESSEY in the size of the bar and the clamping mechanism. The face is larger as well. They do not have the serrated edge along the inside of the bar so you do have to get use to that.

Most importantly they were cheaper than the Bessey clamps at lows.

I have 4 of them as well, and like the handles better than Bessey's. I seem to be able to get a better grip on them to put more clamping pressure.

Re: Jorgensen Parallel Face Clamps

I have the Jorgie's myself, when I bought the ones I have, there was a rather lengthy discussion on another forum about which were better, Jorgensen, or Bessey. a great many defenders came to each side, some complaining about the (rather significant) weight of the J's, and others complaining about the light weight B's.... I'll buy more Jorgie's, because my wife likes the mess in my shop to match!
