So I was doing a little planning for an upcoming progject that was going to include alot of dadoes. So while walking around the Raleigh Klingspor's store I stopped to look at this blade.

I had never paid this much for a blade, ever. I usually pick up some cheap blades or something on the BORG's clearance rack. It is just amazing how a decent blade can change everything you do.

Not only did I cut some pretty impressive dadoes. I actually put the blade back in the package it came in. I actually put it up, I usually leave everything I am working with lying right in the middle of my work space. I even went as far as to wipe the blades clean, WOW I actually impressed myself!

So now have a shiny new saw blade to brighten up the pile of junk I use as a wood shop.

It is always a great day when you buy a nice new blade and you've started out with a winner. But after a few projects, you may want to graduate up to one of these...

But in the meantime, congROCKulations!

I agree the super dado set with the four blade chippers and increased tooth count on the outside makes a difference.

I also like the new chrome finish. My last set bought in 2004 ended up rusting. Plus, it's like BLING spinners for your tablesaw!

Kenneth, congrats on the new blade. I have that one and it gets the job done for sure.

I hear what you are saying the difference between the higher end and economy BORG blades. All goes back to you get what you pay for. People can tell you that but you have to learn for yourself.
