I picked up a used Delta lathe before x-mas and have teaching myself woodturning. My last time was high school 25 years ago. I have tried a little bit of everything using scraps from around shop. A cut-off walnut peice plate, a couple segmented turnings and some odds and ends bowls.
Listen to "Jeffs" warning ...it will pull you in.

Must be like riding a bike...you still got the knack for it.
Great looking turnings I need to get back on the lathe, it's been calling me and you guys showing your awesome turnings aren't helping the matter any.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.
