A new kit

I had to make a pen set for my sister in-law that she was going to give as a gift. I had tried to order some kits that I did not have bushings for and the bushing were on back order so I was told to pick a kit that would really catch someones eye.

This is what I came up with the picture is not the best I did not have time to get a good picture as she was on here way to pick them up almost as soon as i finished them.

Comments and Critiques are welcome

Those are really nice, dozer. Man, I'd like to see a good picture. I'm sure the client was pleased.

Good job, man.

Re: A new kit

Dozer the Amboyna is gorgeous, the kits a little too gaudy for my taste. I like the wood to be the headliner on a pen, but that is only my opinion, and they sure do look fancy. I do prefer the silver over the gold, just never been a gold fan.
Nice fit and finish, I am sure that that your SIL will be proud to give them as a gift.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Good looking pens! I like the cigars, but haven't decided if I like the pimped out versions or not.

As usual, great work I've made a few with those "pimped out" kits myself, I still haven't decided whether or not I like them. Particulalry the feel. But they sure have a wow factor.

Since I don't sell them, I have no idea if they really enhance the market value. Have you got a feel for that?

Re: A new kit

Steve they do seem to sell i showed these pens to another potential buyer and now they wan a set also they said they preferred this kit over the regular cigar.

Jon, I buy almost all of my kits from Arizona Silhouette. Bill has always been really good to deal with and i feel he has earned my business.
