I got my new Jet 1642EVS lathe yesterday and got it all assembled (Pics Later). Does anyone know if the LED RPM display should stay on all the time? When I hit the stop button the machine turns off but the LED remains lit at zero.

Re: Jet Lathe Question

Yes, there's no off button for it. I used to unplug the lathe, but quit that, it has been on a year now without any issues.
