| Re: Rousseau Router Base Plate Question If they are anything like the ones in my Jessem plate and require a "spanner wrench" with two pins to turn them. I had to take a piece of scrap stock and place it against the wrench and give it a few whacks with a mallet. Just remember righty tighty, lefty loosey or you'll never get them out. They have quite a tight fit when perfectly flush with the plate surface.
