Question about my bandsaw

Well it has been a while since my last post but im back with another question! ok, i dont know how it got this way but my bandsaw has a bent blade! it really is more like twisted a little. What i was wondering is if there is some way to fix the kink/twist or if i have to buy a new blade, which i dont want to do cause this one is only about a month old and barely used! please HELP!!

Thanks
Zach

Re: Question about my bandsaw

I always change the blade when that happens. No other reason than rather be safe than sorry.

Re: Question about my bandsaw

yeh what wildwood said! if you try to straiten it it will break and not at a good time. also running it bent you will wear out the thrust bearings and guides on your bandsaw. blades are cheep compared to tool repairs!
