I got this from my Dad's last year and just got it up and running. He had only used it a couple of times, before he got sick. I brought it back to NC with me my last trip and just recently bought new chisels for it. I think I have figured out all the adjustments, etc. now and should be able to use it on the next project.

I am also adding a Craftsman 18" scroll saw LOML won from an e-bay auction for me . I have removed it from the box to make sure it works, but have not taken it out to the shop.

The last addition to the shop is a WC tenon jig I bought awhile back and have been experimenting with.

Looks good...
I know, if you're like me, using dad's tools keeps him close to home. Many of my tools I inherited from my grandfather.

Re: New/Old additions

It is always fun to tell a person you are going to drill a square hole.
Glad you got it up and running, and a YOU SUCK on the scroll saw. You will need pics of the scoll saw to get a bigger suckage.

Re: New/Old additions

Good to see some new toys being put into service. But, I have my suspicion that the tenon jig probably won't be the "last" addition to the shop... unless you've figured out some kinda cure for Woodguy disease!!!

Re: New/Old additions

Dave,

Congrats on putting some new additions to work in the shop. New tools are fun... getting to use dad's tools, and carrying on work he may have done, that goes way beyond fun. I have a few of my father's hand tools and thoroughly enjoy using them on any project.

Re: New/Old additions

Nope no cure for the dreaded disease . It will not be the last addition. I still need a band saw (at least that is what I am shooting for next).

Well, you obviously deserve a U SUCK.

Nice acquisitions, and from Dad is always a plus.

Nice Dave! Also like your drill press table/storage and the stand for the planer. Definitely making room for more suckage
