Help with old "Antique" tool "disposal"

I have replaced my 4" Walker-Turner Co. Driver Line jointer and need advice with disposing of it. I hate to drop it in recycle at the local depository. I also have a Western Auto Supply Westcraft bench top drill press. Both tools are from the 40-50's time frame I think. There is some repaired damage to the jointer fence support arm, but it still works ... just not as good as my new 8" Shop-Fox. The drill press is all original. The motor base is cracked and epoxied back together and still in use. I want to replace it with a new more functional drill press.

Any advice or help.
