Looks right at home. I'll have to come by to make some cabinet doors and have a look. As far as having two of something goes... you have two hands right?

Very simple. Routers are like shoes. That should explain it.

Just give it away. I'd like to put my name first on the list and I'll accept everything you have
No, put me first cause I have something way funnier, important or inspirational to say (just email me to let me know which you prefer so I remember the right one first ).

Awesome score, you do rock and might even roll!

Travis, if you didn't have the byrd head on that machine, the straighter the path the better.. I am regularly clogging the chip exhaust on my 20" planer with the straight knives, almost regardless of wood species, especially when doing wider boards. You 'bout stole that machine!!!! and in consideration of that, you should pass the byrd head onto a deserving member, but I have nothing so worthy as FredP's 3520b...

Great snag Travis. I just bought one a few weeks ago. I am fiddling with the bottom rollers. Changed them from 0.003" to 0.001" and still have a snipe on flattened on the jointer boards. Let me know how you set yours up and if you get a small snipe (less than a 1/32")about 2-3" from the tail end of the board. Originally I thought it was from the bottom roller.

I too love the quiet performance, the babies butt smooth finish and have ordered the 8" jointer (PJ882-HH) to match. It should be here this week or next. (pregloat)

You Rock!!! Now I'm jealous because mine is only a 15". Oh well, somebody always has a bigger....Planner. Move your DC to the side because you'll love having the return rollers on the top when you do any production runs. Saves so may steps.

I have the strait knife version and to get rid or the little snipe I increased the pressure of the outfeed roller. when new it was fine. after I changed knives I started getting a little snipe. I think I may have set the knives a little closer to the head than the factory did. setting the infeed and outfeed rollers on this machine is childsplay, [after all I DID IT!!!!!]
